Her Next Smile offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

User Accounts
Having an account enables you to order more and pay less for shipping, giving you access to a basket that bundles your items together in one shipping order. With an account you can also request specific customer made items and bulk items. The following terms are related to opening, holding and closing an account on our website;
You may create an account using our website and change your password, contact details and username.
You may purchase goods without opening an account, however this may affect shipping costs.
An account left inactive for more than 60 days may be closed.
Your account may be suspended if for instance you are found spamming. If your account is suspended after you have made a confirmed purchase your goods will still be shipped if payment is confirmed and processed correctly.
When opening an account you may be sent emails from time to time regarding updates and new products, there are instructions in the emails to unsubscribe. You may also join our emailing list to receive regular updates, coupon codes and special products.

Her Next Smile LTD you that any Product purchased from this website is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Her Next Smile LTD is not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of your main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you or Her Next Smile LTD, including but not limited to loss of anticipated savings.
These Sales Terms set out the full extent of the obligations and liabilities of Her Next Smile LTD in respect of the sale of the Products via the Her Next Smile website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on Her Next Smile LTD other than those set out in these Sales Terms.
NOTHING IN THESE SALES TERMS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HER NEXT SMILE LTD SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS FROM THIS website.
This does not include or limit in any way the liability of Her Next Smile LTD respectively:
• for death or personal injury caused by their negligence;
• for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• under section 2(3) of the UK’s Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
• for any matter for which it would be illegal for PANDORA or SDSA to exclude, or attempt to exclude, liability.
If we fail, at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Sales Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled under these Sales Terms this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
