• Items are packaged in individual organza jewellery bags which are included in the sale price. Only postage charges will be added to your items once in the basket (not postage and packaging).

POSTAGE COSTS

Postage starts at £2.19 for Second Class delivery and £2.99 for First Class delivery.
Delivery charges will be higher for larger orders with heavier postage weight.

I cannot be held responsible for postage delays and/or postage accidents, although can help if damages occur.

In the case of a damaged bead or lobster clasp (etc), I would be more than happy to repair or replace broken pieces free of charge and return them to you.
